Once Upon a Time

The Easter season brings out two different moods in me. On one hand, there is SO much church and the mourning and then celebration of the good old JC but then there's the other side of Easter, comprised of bunnies, Easter eggs, pastels, springtime flowers and a feeling of enchantment as we come out of the dark winter days. I think both have a similar message, one of hope, celebration and new beginnings, which we all need. So, when I ran across this photo shoot in Vogue by Annie Leibovitz, of Fairytale archive shots, it instantly made me think of the Easter season, spring and being a child, believing in fairy tales and the Easter Bunny.
