Opening Day

Today is a big day in Detroit, it's opening day! My office is quiet, as I'm sure many around the city are as well, due to so many people attending opening day of Tiger Baseball season! I've never been a big sports person but have always loved the Tigers. I have many memories going to games with my Parents, Grandparents, Uncles, Cousins, Friends, Co-Workers, The Mervaks and Bob. A Tigers game is always a good time, whether we win or lose and this year we are expecting a lot of big wins! It brings so much life into the city and is such an integral part of any Detroiters summer.

The Detroit News published some really great photos of opening day through the years. I wanted to share some of these incredible photos with you.
