Ethiopian Feast

For Mom's birthday we went to Blue Nile and had an Ethiopian feast!

If you haven't tried Ethiopian food, it is a must. The flavors are rich and consuming and you get to eat the whole meal with your hands! We used to go to Greek Town in Detroit as kids to see our Dad's band play in one of the bar/restaurants in Trapper's Alley. The Alley had all sorts of shops, bead stores, and Blue Nile! It was one of our favorite places to eat.
