Bob's 33rd Bday Mexican Feast!

I decided to throw Bob a birthday party, but not just any birthday party, it needed a theme. We LOVE Mexican food and I'm pretty good at cooking it (I'm well known for my guacamole) so I decided, with Bob's nod of approval, to have a Mexican Feast! It was such a great night, filled with family, friends, margaritas and of course, tons of guacamole. We had about 30 people over throughout the night, we went through two bottles of tequila, 3 batches of chicken enchiladas and many platters of nachos.

I'm starting to realize the hidden gem that has historically been a bummer in that Bob's birthday is 10 days before Christmas... we can get all of our friends and family together in one place during the Holidays! It's kind of amazing actually.
