welcome spring dinner

A few weeks ago, ok maybe in January, Bob decided he wanted to have a "welcome spring dinner" with a few good friends (can you tell we had a long winter?). 

In Bob's old apartment, we used to have these dinners with his neighbors, Danielle and Jordan, so we decided, now that none of us live in the same building, we should still try to have these dinners anyways like old times. We decided to invite our friend Jayme to join us as well and Jordan brought her boyfriend Jake along too. It was a gorgeous day out with gorgeous friends and gorgeous food. Bob was so cute prepping all day for his dinner party. He asked me to set up the table and of course I was more than thrilled to collect flowers from our neighborhood, light candles and create a nice atmosphere for our little dinner party. 

Spring has sprung in Detroit and boy are we thrilled.
