big news!

So, I came home from work last night to a package from my Uncle Joe in LA. Apparently my Dad knew what was in the package and decided to document me opening it....

 

yep... that happened. I now have my very own Canon SLR!!!!

When Uncle Joe was in town last I was telling him how I always steal my sisters when she's in town and he mentioned he had one at home he never used. So, he surprised me and sent me the camera! I can't wait to lug it around with me everywhere I go you guys. My blogging photo quality will be so improved! Now I feel like a serious blogger with a big girl camera, let's do this!
