Giving up dairy has been great, I feel better, I don't get stomach aches any more but lately I've really been missing pizza. so random. So, last night, Bob offered to make me vegan pizza! He made the dough earlier in the day and we stretched it, chose our toppings and baked it in the over for about 25 min. We used non dairy mozzarella cheese, which can be found at Whole Foods.
It was SO good, for vegan pizza. No, but really, my parents ate it too and they really enjoyed it. And just like regular pizza, it's even better the next morning ;)
