Well, Bob and I truly had such a wonderful trip and we really are nuts about Alaska. We have agreed it won't be our last visit. If you have even an inkling of wanting to visit, follow it and GO!

So, Chanel just released their Spring Nail Polish Collection for 2012

and I must say, I am really smitten.

I'm particularly nuts about the most perfect shade of

Bubble Gum pink I've ever seen and the delicious creamsicle orange.

The good news is, this is a lust that's in my price range!

Baby Owls!

I ran across this story on the Yahoo home page the other day and HAD to share. These little guys might be the cutest things ever. Hatched in an incubator, orphaned burrowing owls Linford and Christie currently reside in the home of Jimmy Robinson, a wildlife park keeper at Longleat Safari Park in Wiltshire, England.

I officially want baby owls.

Ice Carving

Every year in Fairbanks, AK the World Ice Carving Championships are held. Bob and I happened to be in town during the competition and got to see some really impressive carving and I have a new found respect for this art form. They also create fun things out of ice, like sculptures you can pose with, slides, an ice rink and little play places for kids.
